What do I need to do if my order has yet to ship, and needs to be cancelled?

For order cancellation, please call us at (602)997-0366. Please ensure that you have either the Order ID number, the email associated with your online account, or the first and last name that was used for the order, as this information is needed to locate the order. 
*Note* Orders that are in-transit cannot be cancelled. Orders must wait to be received, then a Credit Authorization can be issued.
