If I do not know the product code of the item that I am needing, how can I ensure that I get the correct thing?

In instances such as these, we ask that you either locate the order number that coincides with the item in question, or send a photo to ledlight.com@gmail.com. Dimensions of the item are also incredibly helpful, as we have numerous items that are near identical.
